This Hybrid Compression Spring 3 combines a compression spring and a ratchet tensioner all in one. The heavy tension compression spring will maintain the tension of the fence wire and the ratchet tensioner can be used to increase the tension as and when required over time.

- Combination of a compression spring and a ratchet tensioner
- Hardy glass filled nylon spindle
- A plastic inner which eliminates galvanic reaction between dissimilar metals, reduces rust and increases the lifespan of the wire
- Can be used with any type of electric fence wire
- Heavy tension spring (gold) which can tension up to 1.6mm galvanized and stainless steel wire, and 2.0mm aluminum wire
- Stainless steel spring maintains constant tension on the fence
